Lambic Beer Tasting at Kaiba Tap House
For Shanghai Beer Week, Kaiba Tap House explores one of the beer world's most unique specimen's, the lambic. These beers spontaneously ferment from wild strains of local yeast. Many are in turn fermented with fruit.
